Firebase snapshot not returning all the data in Nodejs

I am working on a project using Cloud Firestore as a back end service and need to extract data from it. I need to know the amount of total requests, the total cost of that request and the amount of request where the response is in UNKNOWN state.
In Cloud Firestore, I have a structure where I have ID, date, product, type and amount in the documents. Now, I need to know the total number of requests (the total count in the structure), the number of requests that returned the response as UNKNOWN (from the same structure), and the total cost of all the requests. I am able to retrieve the total count of the requests but not able to do the rest.
My current implementation is:
