Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon®: Advanced Warfighter (Ghost Recon®: AW) is an epic Tom Clancy’s franchise in development by Ubisoft Entertainment and Massive Entertainment, and will allow players to control the most clandestine military unit of the United States Central Intelligence Agency. Ghost Recon: AW is a hugely-intense experience that will force players to adopt a completely different approach to combat and operations than they might be used to within the vast, open world of the Ghost Recon® world. This dynamic atmosphere and persistent, highly-evolving gameplay experience will offer players a real sense of immersion.

“We’re thrilled to announce the winner of the contest we’re holding right now on the Ubisoft forums. The winner is user @Ruidoso, who submitted a detailed and awesome concept video for this awesome game!”

“Thank you to everyone that submitted a concept for this awesome contest. We really enjoyed reading them all and have to say – this has turned out to be a fun contest! Congrats to the winner, Ruidoso, for making our Friday the 13th event a success and to everyone who submitted a concept for this contest and to the judges for the prize for their hard work and expertise in seeing what makes these awesome videos special and deciding who were the winners.

By now I’m sure everyone has seen the awesome concepts and know exactly what they are competing for. But, to qualify for the contest, we had to go through many applicants and chose the ones that best show us what Ghost Recon: AW is and will be.

We didn’t want to limit the creativity of the judges by a set criteria but we did want to give them a good pool to choose from. So, we said – Look for something that excites you and awes us!”

The developers will also select one grand prize winner from the entries to be awarded a trip to the AW Convention 2009 in Colorado, as well as two AWS prize winners from the entries that are published on the forums.

The winning concept video will be featured on the AW site under the “AW Concept Video Contest” and the winning entry will be published on the Ghost Recon Forums.

“AW on the forums is a great new forum section that is dedicated to AW. With this section, we hope to give players more info about the game, and also be a great place to share your thoughts and ideas with the AW development team. The forum section is brand new. The AW Forum has been created to bring new features in the game. The

Arctic Adventure Features Key:

  • -Arctic adventure game with a very touching story line
  • -Arcade game that help players to deal with the pressure that you’ll be in a cold environment
  • Each time I clicked on the image file, it takes me to the page displayed in the browser.
    What I’m trying to do, is to run my game entirely on my local system without the need to submit to the particular website(so that user don’t have to go to the game website to play).
    Is it possible to do?
    I’m using Java, Eclipse and the specialisation of it that allows me to drag and drop files (and includes both jar and swing files).
    Thanks everyone!

    A:

    You can do this by simply setting the path directly to the Jar file you are using for the games. Put this in your code:
    Runtime.getRuntime().exec(“java -jar Z:/games/arcticadventure.jar”);

    Works everytime!
    Also if you want to run the whole Jar file you could try this:
    Runtime.getRuntime().exec(“java -jar Z:/games/arcticadventure.jar”);

    You can also try doing this:
    Runtime.getRuntime().exec(“java -cp Z:/games/arcticadventure.jar ProgramGame”);

    Let me know if it works.

    Chemical Reaction Engineering

    In modern chemical reaction engineering it is imperative that fine chemical production processes are efficient, productive and sustainable.

    Technical and R&D Centre RCStructure’s ChemreCon courses are developed with the aim of taking students on a journey of discovery and understanding of modern industrial chemical reaction engineering. Within the chemical reaction engineering route of study, these courses cover the technical aspects of chemical process analysis, engineering design and development.

    As such, students will gain an in-depth knowledge of Chemical Reaction Engineering, from understanding the chemical ‘inner workings’ of a process to the application of predictive design tools. These methods will enable students to improve existing chemical processes, design new processes and develop sustainable solutions for manufacturing complex chemicals that find a home in the practical chemical industry.

    What can students expect from our courses?

    During the course of the ChemreCon, interested students will receive a thorough understanding of the theory and practice of chemical reaction engineering technology by studying a wide range of topics in detail, including the understanding

    Sort Django Model Results by Date Field on “last X minutes”

    I’m using the Django template to sort a Model’s results based on a field that’s a datetime object.
    {% for foo in my_model_queryset.order_by(‘my_datefield’) %}
    {{foo.my_datefield}}
    {% endfor %}

    This works fine, however, I only want to sort the results based on the last 5 minutes, for example. I’ve tried using this code, but it doesn’t work, I get errors.

    What’s new in Arctic Adventure:

      Continues North of the Arctic Circle

      Monthly Archives: December 2017

      I was at the Music Industry College Conference in London last week to present my keynote speech to the delegates and it was an enjoyable experience. For those who aren’t familiar with the MIX (not to be confused with the mother of music EMI!), it is the UK’s only music industry conference. It is attended by a broad spectrum of the music industry, from labels, PRSSA, SOCAN, the BRIT Awards and the BPI as well as music critics and journalists, all under one roof. The conference runs for four days, but I only attended the first two, focusing on the educational part of things. As I did earlier this year, I started my journey in London by exploring at Universal almost like a pirate, hopping on the 105 bus one evening and had a good two hours wander through the streets before getting off back home on the last bus leaving at 10.30pm. And what a buzz that was. One adrenaline rush after another. I relived my entry into London so many years ago by climbing up on a wall and riding along the side of The Shard.

      And, no, this is not the first time I’ve climbed over the impressive Shard. The first time was with my friend Brad and I was accompanied by one of his friends. During our walk, the friend introduced me to a most unusual pedestrian bridge over the Thames. Apparently, the wind is so strong in some areas of the bridge, that people have been known to throw water at one another in order to keep them cool! And is blowing all the time, with so much wind, the Thames seems to create its own currents. And, as the wind is strong, they blow some loose items of clothing from some corners onto the street below and eventually all the way to Birkenhead. I liked that bridge for its independence of pedestrians and was disappointed to hear that it has now been dismantled. So, this year’s round-the-shar visit felt like an opportunity to capture the lost views of that bridge, but mostly to admire The Shard’s daring architecture.

      From the Shard, we began our walk to the Sherring Studio, a former printing factory for the music press, now housing radio stations to the Royal Mail post office. It was only when we were across the river that we got our first glimpse of The Shard and the grand structure it hoisted itself over the water.
