Request HttpWebRequest is going out of scope, how to avoid?

I’m making a sample server that returns a list of random words from a database.
This example works perfectly.
However, when I want to make multiple requests, I encounter an error that the request is out of scope. I need to be able to send multiple requests per user, I can’t figure out how to keep this from happening.
Any help would be much appreciated.

It would be desirable to have a simple and reliable fastening mechanism which did not require a large number of parts.
Because of the increase in energy prices, it is becoming more important to conserve energy. However, it is also desirable to provide a reservoir which is easy to service. Thus, it would be desirable to have a seal and fastening mechanism which minimized any cooling loss through leakage of coolant.
Thus, there is a need for a coolant reservoir system in which the reservoir is sealed to the area around it to minimize any loss of heat to the area around the reservoir.
