The Darkspore is an epic role playing game created by a single person.
All crafting, lore, everything was done by me, and I spent two years doing it.
This game is the result of many months of work, all to make a game that I can be proud of, and for which I can show my friends and family.
I know this game has qualities that mark it out from the crowd, but I’m happy to let you play it and judge it for yourself.
As I say at the start, I’m not a professional or anything, just a guy that makes his own stuff.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy making it.
Addictive to play, incredible to look at, and makes you think for hours.
As a first-time player of Darkspore, I found it’s a game I would recommend.

Treble Hook made an awesome game this week and I knew I had to review it here. When I heard of this game I was worried that it was going to be one of those titles that made me groan when I started playing it, and would then be a game I could never get excited about the graphics or storyline enough to make it worth playing. Thankfully, that’s not the case for me.
Welcome to the Darkspore. The story is about you travelling around the world in search of a bone with a special property known as a Darkspore, which you can use to travel between different levels and tear holes in the fabric of space and time, allowing you to travel to different times, places, universes, realms and dimensions, all controlled by you.
The game starts off pretty well, with you learning about the Darkspore and how it works, before travelling to your first destination, the broken land of Ligature. On your travels you will encounter different mobs, which can be fought and killed. The more you kill, the more rewards you’ll receive.
The crafting system is very detailed and features two recipes which you can make from any organic resource in the game, be it a tree or rock. Eventually you’ll be able to make items from crafted items, but for the first few hours of gameplay it will be better to make items from wood and stone. In the meantime you’ll need to find wood and stone, with missions like gathering too, in which you can either plant trees by using construction or gather them

How to use template function only once
I was going through c++ multi-threading examples. I did not find any multi-threading snippet which handles recursion. But they were handling looping.
Consider this function:

If I allocate a new instance of this function to each thread, then I need to pass both num and ReturnType to the function. But this function is also called in the for loop of each thread. So, we have to pass as many arguments as threads in each case.
Can anybody help me with this problem?

Just pass the num into the arguments. Each thread will do the work and pass it back.
Its generally true that multi threading is less efficient than single threading because you have to manage the synchronization of the executions.
You should however place an anti-dependecy also in case there is a mistake in which case the whole lot of work will be undone.
(however in c++ there is a couple of methods introduced in c++0x to synchronize two threads thats designed to be parallelized also)

“Soulless, with an Intense Story”
It has been a while since I have played any games outside of the PS Vita and unless I was playing on the bus my playtime was usually limited to small increments of time. When I first heard about Luminous Plume from a friend it was a game I wanted to check out and as soon as I got my first hands on it, I knew I had made a good decision.
RPGs are an all time classic and in my opinion is the essence of what gaming is all about. For the longest time the PS Vita was the consoles place to be for RPG games, however unfortunately sales of this system dwindled drastically over the last few years. Now that the PS4 was released and it’s success (or lack thereof) was apparent soon enough I realized the PS Vita was once again going to be the home to the best RPGs.
I cannot count the amount of times my attention was drawn to Luminous Plume, as it’s stylish presentation and intense storyline drew my attention to the game. Here I was, playing a game on the bus that I had only heard good things about but I was immediately hooked and wanted to dive right into playing more. So I decided to do just that and in the process of doing this I learned a few things about the story and characters that were introduced to me.
The gameplay was what immediately drew me into Luminous Plume, I had no idea what to expect from it, as the pre-release information didn’t really fill me in on what to expect. When I first ran into the
