I’m not big enough on computers to need a resizer, but I’ve played around with this app a few times just to see what it could do. The one thing that bugs me is that all these extra settings are for choosing what image quality, etc. you want it to have after the fact and not in the actual resizing. I tried to look for a way to save the settings for when I actually choose them, but couldn’t find one. Otherwise the program does what it’s supposed to.
