This is the soundtrack to the
“OneShot: Fading Memory” mod

I’ve been working on this mod for about three years now. It takes place in a computer science building where several of the characters work.
The main objective of the mod is for it to be a complete audio only experience. Almost entirely composed of synthesized, ambient soundscapes. I’m a fan of the original ambient tracks that you hear in the real world while listening to music, and I wanted to make an experience that truly felt like you were in a building somewhere and listening to music in the background.
The game makes extensive use of spatialization and panning to induce a sense of deep space and depth into the game, and also provides a good sense of direction. The main character of the game interacts and interacts with her office, the air vents, the plants, the various sound effects, and the real objects in the environment.
In a way, this is a sound-driven interactive adventure game.
This mod adds the following fictional places and scenes to the game:
– Air vents
– The main character’s office
– Electronic equipment cabinets
– Various office equipment
– Office corridor
– Office chair
– Main room (repetition of the scene from the original game)
– Restaurant (added to the original menu)
– elevator
– Food Court (scenario added)
– Greeting the character and asking about work in the cafe
– Coffee Shop
– The Table in the Cafe (with music tracks)
– Coffee shop coffee machine
– Interactive Coffee Machine Scenario
– Food Court
– Kitchen
– Sale of the food court
– Elevator
– Nature scenes
– The Supermarket (a possible added scenario)
And I personally created:

– Virtual door (to the old restaurant)

This mod also updates the original music tracks in the game. The Main Menu and Title Screen, change in the character’s hairstyle, the original recordings for the Source Engine menus are kept just to be referenced by the mod, and the other tracks have been enhanced and expanded in terms of

Congratulations to Vimal Anjali Jain Neobinai who passed GCSEs with the same grades and A*’s last week! Vimal was successful in her Science and English AS / A2 Levels at Huddersfield Grammar, reaching our best group level score of 5 A*s in combined. Vimal was a breath of fresh air in the class, and we were happy to have her on our cohort at the start of her AS year.

The graduates were taking their photo last week with Ryan and Anamika of Caligplus – a company which caters for the specific needs of girls, and women, with a neurodiverse / neurotypical / autistic spectrum condition. The pair work to create a range of educational and communication products that support their daily lives by supporting their social, cultural, and language identities. This visit proved a great chance for the wider group to support and to see how some of the autistic children graduate from school – including some that have recently graduated from HGG. Vimal sat at lunchtime helping to answer the questions of some of the families in the class. The graduates looked very proud of themselves and the day was a real celebration of their achievements – well done to all!

PICKASUM’s Squid Head Studio is proud to announce a brand new music album. More than just a musical tone, “HexiHashi” is an interactive art installation.
“HexiHashi” is an intercontinental sound and light projection that investigates the theme of the interaction between human and machine.
As the project was developed over a six month period, it consisted of a first studio recording, a major refinement in the technical department, and finally a final studio tracking and mixing session.
You can thus be assured that the work is of the highest quality, both in terms of artistic and technological aspects.
“HexiHashi” is an unique, mixed media work. It is the first of its kind.
